The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a queen-size bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. The bathroom is spacious and features a great shower. Additionally, the hotel's location, just off the Great Western Highway on the outskirts of town, makes it easily accessible.

Nothing too much trouble, we will definitely go again next time when in Lithgow. Staff were welcoming and location was easy. Deluxe twin room had climate control, ironing facilities and a DVD player, everything worked for us.

Our three-night stay at this motel was peaceful despite being located beside a major highway. The room was cozy, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Though the bathroom window sill and front wall had some accumulated dust and cobwebs, the rest of the room was spotless. The warm and friendly staff provided excellent room service meals, and the location was convenient for hospital visits.

I had a great weekend away! The location was perfect, just a short drive to some amazing sites, and the room was clean and conveniently located. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows - sleeping in was definitely not a problem. The staff were friendly and welcoming, too.

There were two small things that I disliked. the room was a bit smaller than I expected - the bunk bed took up a lot of space, but it was still manageable.
